Beginner Mode Enabled.
Finally finished beginner mode. In the user guide I installed a toggle for beginner mode on/ off. What beginner mode does is open a hint window when a tool is clicked showing what it is, what it does and when it should be used.

If privacy is your primary criterion, I'd separate video editors into three tiers:
Privacy-First (Strongest Privacy)
1. AetherCut
Browser-based
Client-side editing
Privacy toggle disables cloud AI features.
100% Private Video Editing, in your browser on your device. Zero uploads.
The editor that I built has a privacy toggle that disables all cloud based tools, open Dev Tools and verify for yourself, 0 outbound traffic. And there are still over 50 Tools that can be used.
Most browser video editors upload your footage to their servers.
AetherCut doesn't.
Open DevTools, drop in a clip, watch the Network tab. Zero uploads. Verifiable, not just claimed.
70 tools, 30 AI features.
