I never thought about using a lozenge throughout the stream to keep your throat from drying out. Definitely trying this next time.
this is super silly, but one of the main things that has helped my throat pain outside of tea/water/soup/humidifiers etc, is using a throat lozenge throughout the entire stream, and replacing it when you finish it. it keeps your throat moist when you arent drinking!!!
