@PLDT_Cares I was advised by the technician that may plan is for 2999 and not for 1699. I have applied for 1699 and it was incorrecrly encoded for 2999.I am now requesting to downgrade my plan to 25mbps 1699 immediately without any fees and make neccessaey adjustment on my bill.

@PLDT_Cares @PLDT_Cares i already sent an email to Mr. Estrada to formalize my complaint. I am now thinking of not pursuing PLDT connection as this is not a good start. I have pending installation with other provider and have asked to resched the appointment on sat. @iamMVP

it has been installed but still not activated until now. I can wait until Friday this week otherwise I will cancel and wont pay any amount as you can't provide the service I need. I will have the other provider install thier service on Sat. @iamMVP
