Especially when you're out of your comfort zone reaching out to prospects and setting up times.
It helps to have templates and systems in place to reduce the cognitive load.
At Stage 0 of Your Business:
Its just you as a researcher.
You have nothing to sell so you make something for free to give away.
You can’t sell so you give it away for free.
No customers so you service your free customers.
No tech so you get a computer, internet, microphone, phone, email.
You don’t know how to work so you recruit yourself to work.
Unprotected so you create an LLC
Personal money is business money so you get a business bank accnt.
The goal is not to make money here, it’s to find a problem people have and solve it for free.
@jimheskel The market will give you true information. I found that having real conversations with your target ICP is the best way to iterate on your idea / pitch.
The most uncomfortable phase is when effort is high and clarity is low.
That doesn’t mean you’re failing.
It means the data hasn’t caught up yet.
Most people quit there.
@ItsLeonBekteshi I believe the same about Passive Income.
Any income has a level of activity / work involved.
Even Warren Buffet had to do hours of research before investing in the companies he did to get the dividends he does.
