But the ministry belongs to the NC? Idk why, but South Kashmir is about to lose a gem and one of its best healers. He eliminated the need for people to travel 100 kilometers to SKIMS, yet he is being repaid for his extraordinary work with a suspension. Lol
Listen, shouldn't the National Testing Agency and the Ministry of Education, Government of India be chargesheeted for abetment of suicide under Section 108 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita for the loss of life of these "could have been" future medical students? In any other country, the Government would fall. India has been modified into a polarizing playground that has lost self esteem, standards of living, human value, morality and justice. Future is bleak doston.
So England got knocked out on Thurs get a charter home today .. West Indies go out last Sunday and are still in Kolkata .. SA in the same position .. That’s where the power is all wrong .. All teams in this situation should be treated the same .. just because you are more powerful at the ICC table shouldn’t count .. #JustSaying
Auqib Nabi is operating on a different planet right now
95 wickets at an absurd average of 13.44 over the last two Ranji seasons. For context, the next best pace bowler in that period has 57 wickets at 18.57. If he isn’t in the squad for the SL tour I would be very surprised.
He is Rajender Kumar Patel, IAS.
Watch this 2015 video where he credits his good marks in UPSC ethics paper for his selection.
Two days ago, he was arrested by the ED in a bribery-linked money-laundering case.
UPSC ethics topper and corruption, a never ending love story.
She's Prabha Bhandari, IRS, 2016 batch, a woman who aspired to make it big, only to be let down by patriarchy because her two male juniors failed to keep their mouths shut and shattered her dreams.
She demanded a ₹1.5 crore bribe to bury a major GST evasion case and sent her two juniors Anil Tiwari and Ajay Sharma, to collect the first instalment, which turned out to be a CBI trap. Both were caught, and under questioning, named their superior, deputy commissioner Prabha Bhandari, as the mastermind. Cowards!
But the CBI wanted more than confessions, they wanted proof. They asked one arrested offical to call Bhandari on speakerphone in their presence. She answered after two rings. “The party has delivered ₹70 lakh,” he said. The response was instant, and incriminating. “Very good,” Bhandari replied, instructing that the cash be converted into gold and handed over to her. The call was recorded.
One CBI team arrested her in Delhi, while another broke open her locked Jhansi flat and found cash, gold, jewellery and property papers, strengthening the case.
Prabha Bhandari had scored excellent marks in the ethics paper of the UPSC, and her LinkedIn profile says that she delivers work with integrity. She is a go-getter, and her enhanced governance brings a positive impact on society.
Read this absolute horror story:
In June 2017, a minor girl accused Unnao BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar of rape, but the police refused to register an FIR. After months of inaction, in April 2018, the girl attempted suicide by self-immolation outside the CM’s residence, which finally forced the authorities to file the FIR.
Meanwhile, her father was arrested on false charges and reportedly assaulted in police custody; he later died in hospital due to his injuries. Public outrage followed. Even before any proper investigation had begun, a key witness in this mysterious custodial death was also found dead.
The case was eventually transferred to the CBI. The CBI concluded that the girl’s father died due to injuries inflicted in custody and that the assault was connected to an attempt to pressure and intimidate the victim’s family.
In July 2019, while the victim was travelling to court with her two aunts and lawyer, their car was hit by a truck, killing both her aunts and leaving the victim and the lawyer critically injured, an incident later treated as a deliberate attempt to silence witnesses.
In December 2019, Sengar was convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment, but by then the victim’s family had already paid an irreparable price. The Unnao rape case had all the elements of an 80s–90s Bollywood villain plot: systemic intimidation, blatant abuse of power, and a trail of destruction that went far beyond the crime itself. But worse was still to come.
Yesterday, the Delhi High Court suspended the jail term and granted bail to Sengar. This is nothing but salt rubbed into the wounds of whatever little the victim’s family has left. An absolute disgrace. After everything they endured, this feels like the system mocking them. Shameful beyond words, and everyone should raise their voice against this.
Centre Warns Private TV Channels Against Airing Sensitive, Provocative Content, Issues Advisory
Ministry of Information and Broadcasting on Tuesday issued an advisory to all private satellite television channels, urging them to refrain from airing sensitive or provocative content linked to recent incidents, including the Red Fort blast case.
Ministry has taken note of certain broadcasts where alleged individuals involved in the Red Fort blasts were shown in a manner that appeared to justify acts of violence.
Some channels, it said, had even aired videos or information that could be interpreted as guidance on creating explosive materials content that may unintentionally incite violence, disturb public order, or threaten national security.
The Ministry reminded broadcasters of their responsibility to follow the Programme and Advertising Code under the Cable Television Networks (Regulation) Act, 1995.
It pointed out that such content could violate Rules 6(1)(d), 6(1)(e), and 6(1)(h) of the Cable Television Network Rules, which prohibit obscene or defamatory content, material that encourages violence or promotes anti-national attitudes, and anything that compromises the integrity of the nation.
Broadcasters have been advised to avoid telecasting any visuals that may aid or abet unlawful activities.
This isn’t just a rural economic crisis, it’s the slow bleeding of Kashmir’s lifeline.
With 70% tied to agriculture, farmers having 'nothing or less' to spend doesn’t only impact them, it ripples into cities.
The signs are here, but who wants to understand & who cares?
