Here is your Player of the Month for January, voted by both the players and the coaching staff—and it couldn’t be more deserved.

Will has been outstanding, not just throughout January but consistently over the past few months. His commitment, attitude, and selfless approach to the team set the standard every week. He gives everything for the badge, puts the team first, and leads by example every time he steps on the pitch.

This recognition is a credit to all the hard work he’s put in, and he’s far from finished yet.

After a long wait (119 days), we finally grabbed a well-earned win to round off January in style.

Reduced to 10 men, the lads showed real character, regrouping, digging deep, and taking control after the break. The breakthrough came early in the second half, and from there it was all about game management.

Smart use of substitutions and constant rotation kept us fresh, allowing us to shut Springfield out while still carrying a real threat going forward right up to the final whistle. A disciplined, committed team performance from start to finish.

What a shift from the lads today!
Down to 10 men after just 15 minutes, a harsh red for handball in the box and 3-0 behind. 💥
But the response was incredible: two quickfire goals on the counter gave us life and momentum heading into the break. ⚡️
Half-time tweaks brought fresh legs and a new shape. We created chances but couldn’t find the equaliser.
