@gtbank_help MOBILE APP ISSUE. For the past a week now, my mobile app has not been updating my account balance. I sent money into the account and yet not reflecting.
I made a complaint by sending message to the GTB. Nothing has been done yet.

First, they sent £65 from the UK and I was credited with £53

Second time, they sent £967.09 and I only received £955.09.

Third time, they sent £246.88 and I was credited with £234.88.
£12 difference in each

This is the third time that the sent £ into my ACCESS DOM account and a difference £12 lower than the amount sent credited. In total, £36 lower diff.

Access Bank needs to explain how there are differences in the amount deposited and the amount credited.
I have been sent £ three times from the UK, and the amounts credited into my account were lower than the amounts sent.
How come?
