But for us, it’s probably 50th case in this year of being killed by the all-pervasive corruption-nexus of govt, IAS, and business.

The more you abuse Muslims on social media, The more you get close to BJP Leadership. By doing so, Police will think twice about taking action against your hate filled contents. Here is one more example. She recently got 'famous' for her relentless anti-Muslim videos. Every single video of hers is about abusing Muslims. Within months, she along with several other abusive trolls were invited by the BJP IT cell to meet BJP top leaders.
By inviting and recognising them, BJP leadership is giving a clear message. Spread hatred to gain political access and recognition by top leaders.

Justice Krishna Iyer's dictum was laid down in 1977. It may be perhaps found only in textbooks and presumably not applicable to real cases and real accused.

The Trial Courts seem to think that 'we shall oblige the police and send the accused to jail and let the accused secure bail from the higher Courts (HC and SC).

This is abdication of duty. If the Trial Courts did their work and applied the law, the burden on the High Courts and the Supreme Court will reduce considerably

And so many thousands of under-trials will not languish in prison without charges being framed, without a trial and without a punishment

Muslims do not offer regular five-time Namaz on roads. It usually happens only during Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha. Twice a year and only for around 10 minutes, that too when the mosque is full. In recent years, many mosques have started arranging 2–3 Jamaats to ensure people don’t have to pray outside.
But the leaders know that this is the only way to divert the attention of their followers. They know, This is the only way to please their followers and make sure they don't question the govt.

जहां देश का प्रधान एकतरफा संवाद करता है, वहां सवाल पूछना अपराध की श्रेणी में आना स्वाभाविक है।

यार तुम सवाल बहुत करते हो, बहुत बोलते हो यार, ये हम आपको क्यों बताएं, अराजकता मत फैलाओ, हमें अपना काम करने दो....इस तरह के जवाब दिए जाते हैं जब किसी सत्ताधारी नेता और सीनियर अधिकारी से सवाल पूछे जाते हैं।

RTI वालों को, लोकल पत्रकारों को, सोशल मीडिया के आलोचकों को इसी नजर से देखते हैं ये लोग। लेकिन दबाने वाले हर दौर में रहे हैं, अपनी बात कहने वाले तो कह कर ही रहते हैं।
