At Woodspring, a complex full of low income seniors, window AC units are prohibited. Management did zero outreach during the heatwave to make sure their elderly 3rd floor residents were safe.

Today I spoke with an attorney that specializes in representing tenants in class action lawsuits. The Underdog Law Office tells us despite the record temperatures this week, there is no legal requirement to provide air conditioning under Oregon law.
