Post 26 of 26 - The Student Climate and Culture Improvement Panel planned and shared presentations to Mesnier and Rogers students to educate about inclusion of students with disabilities and special needs.

Post 25 of 26 - Student Council Catered food for all staff members to host a mini luncheon before students returned in August. They also donated back to school T-shirts for all of the teachers.
Post 23 of 26 - The Girls Soccer Team volunteered at the ACVO Flea Market. They helped to run the concession stand and sell raffle tickets. They also helped to set up tents and tables and then break everything down after the event.
Post 21 of 26 - During Veterans’ Day Week, the NHS hosted a Field of Flags. The DAV empowers our community to set up fields of American flags, all to honor local veterans and raise funds to support ill and injured heroes. Each flag in the Field of Flags honors a different hero.
Post 20 of 26 - STUCO is hosting a Special Olympics day where 130 athletes from 9 area schools will participate. They go through the day engage in a variety of track & field events and have breaks at the Victory Village where there will be games, food and prizes!
Post 19 of 26 - The AHS Attendance Team gave donuts to students who reached 95% or above attendance in Term 3 along with any students who had a 10% or better improvement in Term 3 from last year! They had over 300 students qualify for the incentive!
Post 18 of 26 - Before a varsity girls' basketball game, players recognized some of the influential women who have shaped sports here at AHS, to celebrate National Girls and Women in Sports Day, They honored award winners, seniors signed to play in college, and current athletes.
Post 17 of 26 - Bosnian American Studies hosted an event with author Adis Ziga. They also collaborated with Bayless High School and St. Louis University’s Center for Bosnian Studies to plan and host the 3rd annual Affton-Bayless Bosnian Independence Day in our athletic complex.
Post 16 of 26 - Student Council hosts homecoming every year! They start planning it during the summer, choose a theme, and day-of they get to school early to set up decorations!
Post 15 of 26 - The second week of February is FCCLA Week. The Affton Chapter of FCCLA celebrated with a spirit week and lunch time activities. Since this week also land at the same time as Valentine's Day, they sold carnations with the Advance Marketing class during lunches.
Post 13 of 26 - STUCO hosted Sports Night - where cans were collected from each grade and proceeds were sent to Affton Food Pantry. Following the can design, sports and relay races were played against each of the grades.
Post 12 of 24 - The International Thespians entertained across the street at EverTrue Village at Mackenzie during an evening of singing and acting for the residents.
Post 11 of 24 - Advanced Marketing students spent time making the AHS grounds beautiful by cleaning up around campus.

Post 10 of 24 - The AHS Attendance Team hosted Kona Ice as an attendance incentive for students who reached 95% or above attendance in Term 4 and any students who had a 10% or better improvement from last year. Over 350 students qualified for the final incentive of the year!
Post 8 of 24 - STUCO hosted Trick-or-Treat Street in the hallway & classrooms for younger kids of the Affton community! Various clubs & teams hosted rooms where children went door to door exploring our spooky environment, playing games & getting candy!
