I typically sign out such urinary cytology cases as "Carcinoma with Squamous Features" rather than "Squamous Cell CA" (despite not seeing any urothelial component). A large % of these cases on bx turn out to be simply "HG Urothelial CA" (with focal Squamous differentiation).
