This is the time you should be mindful of what filling station you buy fuel from, some filling stations don’t have good drainage systems and in raining seasons like this, fuel in reservoirs tend to be contaminated.

Do not buy fuel while they’re offloading and siphoning fuel from tankers to the reservoirs in filling stations, it’s not safe and healthy for your car.

Most of the faults we’ve had to rectify in the past one month has been about damaged fuel pump, clogged Nozzles and faulty fuel system in cars due to contaminated fuel in the tanks.

Also do not let your fuel gauge get to the lowest level before topping up, this will make your fuel pump perform more optimally and effectively.

Every day, motorists continue to violate traffic lights across Òṣogbo, with the situation at Lameco Area becoming particularly alarming. Red lights are routinely ignored by some drivers who choose to beat traffic signals, putting pedestrians, passengers, other road users, and even themselves at serious risk.

Traffic lights are not mere suggestions; they are critical safety measures designed to prevent accidents, reduce congestion, and maintain order on our roads. A few seconds saved by running a red light is never worth the potential loss of lives, injuries, or damage to property that may result from a crash.

We call on the relevant authorities, including traffic management agencies and law enforcement officers, to intensify monitoring and enforcement at major intersections, especially the Lameco traffic light corridor. We also urge motorists to exercise patience, obey traffic regulations, and prioritize safety over haste.

Road safety is a shared responsibility, and protecting lives must remain our collective priority.
