This friend of mine lives in the UK.

When he was building his house in the village, the workers cheated him while buying materials and paying labourers. Because of that, he stopped trusting people.

Since we were childhood friends, he used to give me money to buy things for him or fix anything that got damaged in his house. I always did it honestly, and he appreciated that.

Whenever I told him the exact price of an item, he would give me the exact amount. Most times, I used my own money for transportation. When I mentioned it to him, he would say, "Later."

Last month, I told him I would no longer be running errands for him because he never added transport fare.

He replied, "So you wanted to cheat me too?"
