I actually pray for my patients
When the prognosis is bad, I pray their hearts to hope
When it's end stage and terminal, I pray our conversations lead to light
I have a group of Christian doctors where we deliberately meet to pray for patients especially bad cases

Few months ago, we had a terrible case the best of hands didn't know the way forward and the patient had given up, ready to pull the plug.
Following that rounds, I took some time in the call room to really pray for him so the Holy Spirit instructed I visit, so I stayed back after work in order to visit in the night

That night I came into the ward, had some good gist that consentingly led to conversations around faith, hope and the person of Jesus and we basically held a full blown service.

Right that night, it just appeared a new burst of hope and direction for everyone.

Earlier this week, I saw him from a distance walk out of the outpatient department with his two legs and my heart was merry!
I may not be able to go to church every time because of work but I understand that I am God's workmanship created for good works in the health sector and for me? I was called!

I just finished The Lincoln Lawyer Season 4, and I think this might be my favorite season so far. What I liked most is that it slowed down a bit. The earlier seasons were enjoyable, but they sometimes followed that familiar rhythm of a new case every week, quick courtroom wins, and moving on. This season felt more intentional. The story stayed with one thread long enough for the conversations and decisions to actually matter. The dialogue carried the tension, not just dramatic twists.

Maggie really stood out for me. There was a quiet bravery in how her character was written this season. She wasn’t loud or dramatic about it, but you could see the strength in her choices and how she handled difficult situations. She brought balance to Mickey’s world, especially when things became complicated. Her presence made the emotional side of the story feel real.

Interestingly, I kept expecting Andy from the previous season to show up at some point. She had such a strong presence before that her absence was noticeable. But in a way, it worked. It made this season feel like a new chapter rather than a continuation of old tensions. The show allowed its characters to move forward instead of recycling old dynamics.

Cisco continues to be one of the most dependable characters in the series. He does his work without unnecessary drama, and that steadiness helps ground the story. Lorna and Izzy were excellent too. You could see their growth, especially in how confident they’ve become in their roles around Mickey. And I really liked what Grace brought into the mix. The forensic analysis added another layer to the legal process. It made the case feel less like a clever lawyer outsmarting everyone and more like a team slowly putting pieces together.

The subsidy scam storyline also worked well for me because it didn’t feel far-fetched. It reflected the kind of real-world schemes that actually exist, where systems meant to help people can be manipulated. That realism gave the season weight and made the stakes feel higher without needing exaggerated drama.

The judge deserves special mention. He brings authority and presence to the courtroom in a way that elevates the entire season. His control of proceedings, reactions to arguments, and quiet firmness give the trial credibility and balance. Rather than fading into the background, he becomes part of the rhythm of the story, helping anchor the drama.

Mickey Haller also feels more grounded this season. He is still clever and persuasive, but the stakes feel more personal, and that vulnerability adds depth. The season spends less time showing him outsmarting everyone and more time showing the cost of the choices he makes.

One character that stayed with me was Legal, the old man. He was a very unique presence in the story. Quiet, thoughtful, and almost symbolic in the way he approached things. His death was painful. He brought perspective and calm into a world driven by pressure and survival. Losing him felt like the story losing one of its moral anchors, and that moment added emotional weight to the season.

Overall, Season 4 felt more mature. Less about showing how clever everyone is, and more about consequences, relationships, and how cases unfold over time. It trusted the audience to pay attention, and that made it more satisfying to watch. For me, it’s easily one of the strongest seasons the show has done. For viewers who enjoy legal drama driven by dialogue and courtroom dynamics rather than constant plot twists, this is easily the show’s strongest season yet.
