Caleb Cozart has one of the best stories in college baseball:

He started his career at UNC as a pitcher in 2019. Needed UCL surgery, and while rehabbing he signed up to be a volunteer concussion study

While in the study he found out he had a brain tumor. He continued to play the 2021 season with the tumor then had brain surgery. Transferred to UNCG to get back into hitting in 2022

Yesterday he set the single season home run record for UNCG with his 18th of the year
