@deenafaywinter@deenawinter You are not even a journalist at this point. Sloppy! Either state facts or stfu. Don't half ass around the topic. Call the sitting AG complicite in fraud or stfu. Can't have it both ways. You are a bigot and pander to the racist mn reformer, Alpha news etc
@mnhockeyone@GPaudit @LouRaguse Federal financial crimes do NOT have mandatory minimum sentences...This is a harsh sentence by any standard. I imagine appeals will come in every case. She even used "brazen". The prosecution gave her the script.
@AleVerdug044 @LouRaguse the defendant mentioned above did not plead guilt. In fact he is the only defendant who testified on his own behalf and brought Cisco (food wholesaler) to testify that they bought millions of dollars in food! Google some things before you start yapping
@Lavender0431477 @LouRaguse Hahah you sound like you don't know how sentencing works... this is prosecution asking and overreaching. The judge is the one to determine the sentence. 😝
@LouRaguse Also, you did not look at the sentencing memorandum from the defense. The sentencing guidelines calculated is 57-71 months so this is mind boggling
@redpillway1 @grigori_real@Cush110863351 This is beyond laughable. The prosecutions asking above the sentencing guideline often time reflects their fear of appeals! This case is riddled with holes and many, many grounds for appeal. Not to mention the Brady violation the protection engaged in!
