"In many ways, Kofi Annan was the United Nations. He rose through the ranks to lead the organization into the new millennium with matchless dignity and determination." ❤
Everyone else BUT the government and all the power it has to enforce policies that protect women. A million commission of enquiries on obvious issues that can be solved but nothing on Femicide and the protection of Women. TO HELL!!! 💔

"The loss of our daughter, Khensani Maseko illustrates the urgent need for tertiary institutions to develop transitional policies for women who have been victims of abuse. You cant open a case & sit next to the perpetrator in class" Minister Bathabile Dlamini #WomensDay
“I don’t believe in messianic leadership because once you make leaders messiahs, they become gods and once they’re gods they cannot be questioned...” - Lumumba
Today marks the 105th anniversary of the passing of The Natives Land Act of 1913 which was passed to segregate Africans to 7% of the land & give 80% of the fertile land to white people. This law played a leading role in the generational impoverishment of Africans in South Africa.
On this day, may we remember the Helpers who mother children, pets, friends, relatives and colleagues of the people they work for. Mothering them whether they treat them kindly or otherwise.
May they be treated with kindness, humility and the love everyone deserves!

Helpers are human beings. Mothers, sisters, girlfriends, friends and everything else that everyone else is. They too have desires, needs and ambitions.
They deserve respect as employees. What your manager wouldn't do to you in the office, you have no right to do to your Helper.

2. Why the need to post this pic on social media? https://t.co/oNa3lxKEV6
