John brought a wealth of experience, financial wisdom and an ability to ask critical questions with both grace and humour. We are deeply grateful for all he has given to APF, and we will miss him greatly.
At our recent Trusteesโ Meeting in late April, we said farewell to John Chambers who retired from the Board after 22 years and 5 months of service, many of which as Treasurer.

Churchill is excited about the ways digital technology can create accessible worship and learning opportunities for the deaf community & Lawson will be working with him to deliver some training later this year.
We pray for Lawson & Churchill, their work and their communities ๐
Another great update from our friend Lawson. Recently, Lawson met with Churchill Kambony, a deaf pastor in Zambia. There are several deaf churches linked to the Baptist Church in Lusaka, Choma & copper belt region.

Weโre thankful for our trustees, serving across the UK and Africa, who faithfully help lead and shape the work of APF.
Please join us in praying for them โ for wisdom in decision-making, clarity in vision, and strength as they support both staff and partners in their work.
A great update from our partner Lawson, who recently conducted training with churches to introduce the new APF Zambia partnership with Superbook Children's Discipleship curriculum, and eVitabu awareness raising.
We continue to pray for Lawson, his work and his community.
