@BusuulwaMuyomba @SheilahGashumba The worst part of this whole visa issues is that most of these countries have no embassies in all the countries. To go to Lesotho, I had to get a South African visa 2 go 2 Joburg and apply for a visa there. Similarly, on 2 occasions I had 2 fly 2 Lagos to get a Cameroon visa.

@BusuulwaMuyomba @SheilahGashumba In 2020 before the lockdown, I was going to Lesotho to train college students, & I had a team joining me from Europe and the US, while as an African, I needed a visa my colleagues from Europe & US required no visas. We are more guilty of the obnoxious visa regime than the west.

As a Ghanaian, I need a visa for so many countries in Africa, n it applies to other African countries as well. I pay $240, Cameroon, $200, Botswana, $50 on arrival, Zambia, etc. Meanwhile, I pay $70 for EU.
