My bank account has been frozen due to a payment hold issue. I have already submitted all the required documents (Aadhaar, PAN & ITR) at my home branch (PNB Done Branch, Drauli, Siwan, Bihar), but my account is still not activated. I am facing serious financial .

The branch staff informed me that it will take 10 days because they are short-staffed.
Is staff shortage the customer’s responsibility?
Should a common citizen wait 10 days just to access their own money?

@bankofbaroda My account was denied just because my location is 40 km away from the branch. Why can’t I open an account in the city where I live? On top of that, your staff rudely said ‘It won’t happen, go away.’ Is this the kind of customer service you provide? @BankofBarodaCEO
