@RogersHistory Both. Better and more efficient and aware etc. but tired due to workload and other things which makes me worry that I am not as effective due to this. I’ve gone part time and feel that becoming better as I have more time to really rest

@MisterFirth When given another task, say - here is my current workload. If your manager looks at you like this isn’t their issue, the next time they say ‘I’m here to help…’ send back ‘great, I have to do this, this and this, I’d you could do this and this to help it would be appreciated!’
