Sakura Miko has addressed the speculations on stream as well as in this tweet, revealing that she has been silently enduring years of slander and false "leaks": harmful rumors spread as fact, some going back as far as five years.

She shared that she has been the target of false information disguised as "internal leaks," and that even now, she continues to face attacks based on these fabrications. Miko admitted that she had always chosen to avoid addressing these issues, believing the best response was to simply endure it and keep creating fun content for her fans. She confessed that she has often cried in private, but always kept moving forward, supported by her fans. However, she felt that this situation was different.

What pushed her to speak up was seeing things Haachama never said being spread as if they were true, and people using Haachama’s hiatus as a weapon to attack others. Deeply hurt, Miko went to management and told them: "I cannot endure this anymore." With their support, she made this formal statement to set the record straight.

She made a direct plea: "Please stop the slander." Miko said she accepts valid criticism for real mistakes, but asked people to stop attacking her based on things that aren’t true or things no one could possibly know are true.

She warned that even if people don’t have malicious intent, their posts can still hurt others. She also explicitly called out those who act with malice, including people who pretend to be fans just to attack, and those who attack other talents in an attempt to "prop up their oshi."

To her supporters, she expressed heartfelt gratitude. She acknowledged how hard it’s been to see her get attacked, and asked them not to fight back but to continue enjoying her activities and supporting her like always.

She reaffirmed her love for Haachama, saying she treasures the music Haachama made for her, and pleaded for people to stop using her name to hurt others. "Please, just wish for her well-being," she said.

Miko closed by reassuring everyone she’s not giving up. She’s determined to keep moving forward and continue creating fun, positive streams. Her next broadcast, she promised, will be back to her usual cheerful self.
