Day 11!!
Wollundry Grove Olives were first up today. Producing Extra virgin olive oil and table olives, from paddock to plate we were able to see it all.

Coolamon Cheese was the final visit for day 10. Barry gave us a tour of the cheese factory, explained the process of cheese making and how they have got their cheeses into the market. We also had the opportunity to try a range of cheeses which was great.
Today we also visited a Licorice factory in Junee.

Over the last two days students have visited an Auscott cotton gin in Narrabri, Fletcher’s International grain and abattoir, Dubbo sale yard, and Gilgai farm and we finished tonight off with a visit to the Old Dubbo Goal.
