He’s urging people not to wait until their kidneys are seriously damaged before checking their health.

He advises everyone to monitor their blood pressure and blood sugar, reduce salt intake, and avoid taking painkillers without professional medical guidance.

He says he’s sharing his experience because he doesn’t want others to go through what he’s facing.

Official Update: We have reported my mum’s disappearance to the police station. It’s 11 AM now and she still isn't home.

I’ve never brought family issues here before, but this is a life-or-death situation for us, not social media validation. I described her hair and features to the police to help track her down.
