@calvinbalder AGABlaster is hand-crafted in 68K assembly using AmigaOS 2.x functions for command line parsing, interrupts, I/O, and memory allocation. Video and audio register values are computed and set by AGABlaster in assembly.
In contrast, AGAConv is written in C++ and uses ffmpeg.

@g00eybl0b Thanks. It detects 60Hz NTSC systems (with OS functions) and adapts the player's display size/centering. The NTSC switch is only for the case that the automatic detection wouldn't work on NTSC systems. The line "NTSC System detected (60Hz)" should be printed in the Shell.
Commodore Amiga CDXL Player AGABlaster 0.9.81 released. This is a small update, which only changes the behavior at the end of the video. The player always exits now. The new option NOEXIT keeps it active.

@RavageXK @10MARC1 When encoding for OCS you need to select a color mode that is supported by an OCS system. With AGAConv use option --color-mode=ham6. See section "OCS/ECS Conversion Examples" on the AGAConv website. You might also need to set one additional AGABlaster option, FMODE=0, on OCS.
@Mikael_Arling @AmigaRetweets @10MARC1 @AmigamagazineGA@AmigaFuture back(ground) picture is not supported. multipal, lmbabort, nopointer are the default. Instead of 'xlspeed' set option FR=frequency (default is 11025, if not set). Minimum supported video width is 128. If it works, it runs without options, use FR for speed.

@jeanpierreF1 @AmigaRetweets @10MARC1 @AmigamagazineGA@AmigaFuture If the "artifacts" are related to the flickering that occurred sometimes in previous versions, this is fixed. This new version also works differently internally, so it's definitely worth a try.
