This afternoon Makerere University marked the International Day for Persons With Disabilities, presided by Hon. Asamo Hellen Grace, Minister for Persons With Disabilities. I made a report on the measures taken by the university to improve service delivery to our students with disabilities, including a one stop service centre. I also advocated for Government scholarships for all students with disabilities that are admitted to Makerere University.
