AGAM is, pro bono, representing the family of a 9-year-old child who tragically lost his life due to electrocution. A writ petition was filed, and the Hon’ble Delhi High Court issued notice to the respondents and sought detailed status reports from all responsible authorities.

Day 3 of our training program at Numaligarh Refinery Limited, Assam, successfully concluded yesterday! 🚀 Under the theme “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility”, the sessions focused on Investigation & Report, Framing of Chargesheet, and Conducting CTE-type Intensive Examination.

PoSH Awareness at NRL
We successfully conducted PoSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) awareness training for officials of Numaligarh Refinery Limited from 6th to 8th August 2025.
The sessions were presented by Reema Bali, covering a total of 6 batches (2 batches per day).
