Best way to fix soloq ladder

1. Remove 40% LP of ANY Player above master.
2. Bring back the gains to 20+
3. Remove aegis
4. Have high elo agents volunteer to ban soft inters

I'll explain the reasonings why below

Me and my friend could not duo on our accounts because the difference was too high therefore the system didn't allow.

So we leveld up our accounts from scratch to end up emearld 4 100% winrate 29w/0l for the system to not allow us to duo again.

We can't duo. @drewlevin brother, why cant I duo with my friend? We try masters accs, doesnt work. We try diamond, doesnt work.

Then we decide to Handlevel a completely new account, spend 50 euros respectively and still can only duoQ 29 games before we are blocked.
