My friend travelled yesterday from Bangalore to Hyderabad via an intercity +red bus. Unfortunately the luggage was misplaced by conductor and did not give any compensation for the same.
Today it's my luggage tomorrow it will be me also having issues. @redBus_in

No responsibility and no duty has been done by red bus platform or intrcity bus..Then it's better to have a localised bus at least they responded us. @manirath @redBus_in @IntrCity @prakashsangam
