Did you know that in France 🇫🇷🥖, you can be taken to court, simply for saying that you think it’s unfair for trans women (meaning men who identify as women) to compete in women’s sports, and sometimes win because they have an undeniable physical advantage?

Did you know that in France, you can be taken to court for saying that trans women should not be housed in women’s prisons?

Well, that is exactly what is happening to us, @Margueritestern and I, Dora Moutot, today.

We are being taken to court in France by an LGBT NGO for publicly defending women’s sex-based rights.

We are facing up to one year in prison and a fine of 45,000 euros for criticizing the impact of transgender ideology on women’s rights.

A few years ago, I was invited on French national TV 🇫🇷for a debate about transgender ideology and the placement of trans women in female prisons. (here is the video)

I said:“We also have a problem in prisons, for example. In some places—the United States, California, or England—you have men who have sometimes murdered or raped women. They are first sent to a men’s prison. Then they enter a ‘gender-affirming’ program, meaning they transition in prison and legally become women while incarcerated. They are then transferred to women’s prisons. And I have to say it: in some cases, these men rape their fellow inmates. I am not saying that all trans people do this—not at all. But as women, we have to be cautious about people with penises ”

In may 2026, I was convicted by a 🇫🇷 French court for this sentence (wtf).

And now, I’m facing the French justice system again.

⚖️ Six new complaints have been filed against@margueritestern and I (by LGBT NGOS again!) including statements published through our media platform Femelliste (https://t.co/IYtOfHADg1), where we criticise transgender ideology and what we believe are its consequences for women’s rights.

Cette histoire est un scandale !
Mirkan fêtera ses 8 ans le 15 septembre prochain. En situation de handicap, sa maman se bat pour lui trouver une place en IME.
Malgré le refus de l’IME, cette maman ne baisse pas les bras et finit par trouver une place au Luxembourg, à seulement 30 km de chez elle.
Elle possède l’attestation de refus de l’IME, ainsi qu’une attestation médicale demandant clairement à la CPAM la prise en charge du transport… Bref, un dossier ultra-solide.
Et pourtant, la CPAM répond simplement : NON !
Je saisis donc la ministre de la Santé, des Familles, de l’Autonomie et des Personnes handicapées, Stéphanie Rist immédiatement !!!!
Soutenons ce petit ange et sa maman dans leur combat !

These cases need to be taken extremely seriously. As I said, I was already convicted once in May 2026 over comments concerning women’s rights in relation to transgender ideology.

But for some of the offences we are now accused of, we face penalties of up to:

⚠️ €45,000 FINE
These trials go far beyond Marguerite and me.

Through the legal precedents they may create, they will help determine how far people in France will be able to publicly criticise transgender ideology in the future without risking criminal conviction.
