Tomorrow is the 2nd and last information clinic with Coach Pfau at Whalley Park in Southwick from 6:00-7:30pm. We had 4 come to session 1 and I would like to see more people there! 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️💨

The weight room will be open this summer on Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursday mornings from 7-9am! Make sure you cross train this summer.
