In leadership, know where you are going and build the right team. Appease no one in the selection of your team or you will regret it. Choose those who will get the results. You can appease with results after goals are achieved, but avoid being emotional when choosing those who will be at the production centre.
Follow through on your convictions. Adjust as you learn more, but let your deepest convictions, which is the way the collective will benefit from your leadership, always be the anchor in decision making.
