Delivered a 2-hour AI skills training for caregivers supporting older adults (room full—ages ~50–65+). We did a step-by-step, hands-on walkthrough using ChatGPT/Gemini for real workflows. Big focus: privacy + “AI = draft, then verify” (not medical authority).

Just got done with monthly volunteer at a senior living as technology helper. I learn so much from them and understand their struggles where today’s technology does not have good instruction on how to learn new technologies.

I met an older adult who is very good with tech, better than myself. It was a rare case of seeing someone like that without being an engineer. I wonder what makes them to adopt tech so well. He shared that he study every day about tech because it excites him
