@EssexPoliceUK part 2 why are you using a company like this. They charge for storing it but you can’t get through to them to get the car out. My sister needs to get the car urgently fixed, we feel we are being held to ransom

@EssexPoliceUK you asked LJ transportation to recover my sisters car after an incident on the A12 on Saturday which was very traumatic for her. She has been trying all day to contact them to pay the fee and they do not answer and were abusive to AA when they tried to collect it

@OpenreachHelp Apparently you can’t reset this until Monday and only then can book a new engineer my old broadband account terminates next week as your error just not good enough . I have taken a day off work, and changed supplier because customer service
