@CrowWolfeArt When I was inconsistent with mine it only led to my symptoms getting worse or all together just feel numb to it all. It's definitely difficult to keep a regiment and only real advice I can give is set alarms to remind yourself, as many as it takes. But playing with doses is scary

@CrowWolfeArt What I can say at most for lexapro and most antidepressants is yeah it's definitely just needing to keep the timing and consistency or else it will begin to have adverse effects on you and eventually lose its ability to do anything it's meant to do in the first place.
