A community of practice for Agile coaches to support each other in becoming great Agile coaches that find the right Agile for the business and its teams.
@DianaOfPortland Check out the #AgileFluencyGame workshop, coming up in 11 days in #pdx . (1 day after #GSGPDX) Giving @DianaOfPortland 's tweet a boost. https://t.co/hBExHh9cPg
@TotherAlistair I think Agile Fluency captures it pretty well. https://t.co/TmhZpnvJWO “Higher is not better”. Chose the fluency that benefits you. Perhaps “Focusing” is good enough, and “Delivering” provides little extra value in this context?
This week my team flew across the country (or drove across a bridge) to work together in person.
We used the opportunity to play the @AgileFluency Game. Twice. Wee!
Also, compared in-person ensemble to remote. #mobprogramming
Good teachers are as rare as they are invaluable. I've learned so much about TDD from GeePaw, @jamesshore and @davefarley77 in the pandemic years. Here's to good pedagogy!
@WoodyZuill I think the book Art of Agile Development by @jamesshore does an excellent job of discussing who will benefit what in the book. A little section in the beginning and also labeling every chapter who will benefit the most from it. But, I agree sometimes it’s superfluous
@ezagroba I like The Art of Agile Development by @jamesshore because it touches a little of everything with some some great practical advice.

Baby steps and incremental development are the point of TDD!

Art of Agile Development, 2ndで出てきた、Agile fluency modelがとても良かった。
Domain Expertをチームに入れた最強チームを作りたいが、それをするには変更に強く、安定したデリバリーが行えるチームが必要。
なので、まずはそんなチームを作ろうって感じで、段階分けされていてわかりやすかった
