What if a blockchain never had to fragment to scale?
@Solana's Network Extensions let developers build custom execution environments, directly on Layer 1. No bridges. No fragmented liquidity. One chain, infinitely specialized.

Big week for @solana tokenomics.
Two proposals are heading to an early vote this week. SIMD-553 (the Resource Fee / Burn SIMD) and SIMD-550 (the Disinflation SIMD). here's what's actually happening and why your stake matters.
We built a dashboard to track both SIMDs in real time:
✔ support % moving toward the 15% threshold
✔burn numbers under SIMD-553
✔ disinflation timeline under SIMD-550

Solana almost died from a stack overflow. Twice.
Not a hack. Not an attack. Just one client, one codebase, one bug, and the entire network stopped producing blocks.
That was @solana's reality for years: nearly every validator running the same code, which meant every validator shared the same failure point. That is finally, measurably changing.
Here's where client diversity actually stands right now:
◘ ~14% of staked SOL runs full Firedancer, an independent validator client built from scratch in C by Jump Crypto
◘ ~26% runs Frankendancer, a hybrid using Firedancer's networking with Agave's runtime
◘ That's roughly 40% of staked SOL no longer solely dependent on Agave's original codebase
◘ A year ago, that combined number was close to zero
Jump Crypto is targeting 50%+ by Q2-Q3 2026
◘ Over 100 days and 50,000+ blocks of testing recorded zero consensus divergence between clients
Here's the part most coverage glosses over: Jito-Solana, the client running the majority of Solana's stake today, is itself a fork of Agave. Same core runtime. Same potential failure point. Headline "market share" numbers make Solana's client landscape look more diverse than the underlying code dependency actually is.
Real diversity isn't a second brand name. It's a second, independent codebase that fails differently, or doesn't fail at all, when the first one breaks.

Solana's Alpenglow is entering its final stretch.
- Finality: 12.8s → ~150ms
- Votor + Rotor replace TowerBFT + PoH
- 98.27% validator approval

The biggest consensus change in @Solana's history is almost here. https://t.co/wUGvKwy5RA
The @CantonNetwork moves $9T a month, yet running a node on it is nothing like spinning up a validator elsewhere. We broke down why the bar is so high.
@StakeCraft now clears it as a listed NaaS provider. https://t.co/erNy2BD9t3
Six networks upgraded. And something we've been building just went public.
⚙️ Upgrades Completed:
👉 @CantonNetwork Mainnet → Splice v0.6.10 | Canton Testnet → 👉Splice v0.6.11 | Canton DevNet → Splice v0.6.12
👉 @DIAdata_org Mainnet → Decentralized Feeder v1.0.7
👉 @doublezero Mainnet & TDS → v0.31.0
👉 @monad Mainnet → v0.15.1
👉 @0xPolygon Testnet → Heimdall v0.10.0-beta to v0.10.0
👉 @WalrusProtocol Testnet → v1.52.0
🏗 Building
NaaS Platform for @CantonNetwork Network
Canton's Heimdall hitting v0.10.0 stable on the testnet. DoubleZero Mainnet and TDS locked in sync at v0.31.0. And on the product side, we're building a NaaS platform that will make running a Canton node significantly more accessible for enterprises and developers who want exposure to the network without the operational overhead.
More details on the NaaS platform coming soon.

StakeCraft is now approved for @MarinadeFinance Select program, a new step for both sides in strengthening Solana's validator ecosystem.
What @stakecraft brings to the table:
- 800+ epochs of Solana validating experience, dating back to the network's early days
- A focus on operational excellence, automation, and security first infrastructure
- Creator of BetterStakeSol, a non custodial staking app built for simple, accessible staking
- A track record built on consistency rather than short term attention
We're looking forward to bringing that same reliability to the Marinade community.
