This is my third year participating in the OFIP (Ontario Focused Intervention Partnership) program @PeelSchools

Over the past eight weeks, I worked with students @AgnesTaylor_PS who needed extra support to strengthen their literacy and numeracy skills beyond regular classroom instruction. The progress they made from January to now was commendable.

When I told them today was our last session, they weren’t happy! (which, in a way, made me very happy) 🥰

P.S.: As usual, Mme. Sunder did not leave them empty-handed. 😋

Today, our Grade 3 and 4 students at @AgnesTaylor_PS had a fun and interactive STEM session! They explored the chemistry of plastics, recycling, and sustainability, learning how science connects to their daily lives.

As a teacher, I love hearing their excited "oohs" and "aahs" when learning comes to life! 😍

A big thank you to Ms. Liu, our librarian, for tirelessly providing such wonderful opportunities for our students! 🥰

For the past seven years, my "25 Smilies Rewards" have been a beloved tradition in every classroom I’ve taught @PeelSchools. They’ve created countless sweet memories, and my students always look forward to earning/redeeming them!

Today, one of my students, @AgnesTaylor_PS reached 25 Smilies and chose to redeem them by having lunch with Mme. Sunder (even though there were other tempting options available) 🥰

This afternoon, we shared a wonderful conversation, getting to know each other in a more personal and meaningful way. Moments like these make teaching so special! 💕
