25/26 Championship - 7th 🤝

With the Championship playoffs being extended to eight places this season, I’m all over Wrexham securing a spot.

They’ve had a summer to catch their breath after a whirlwind few years and I think that’ll do them some good.

It’s worth remembering that they’d just had three consecutive promotions prior to last season.

With their first summer in four years without navigating promotion I think Parkinson will have the squad properly geared up for another crack at the Championship.

You can see that in the transfer business too. Last summer saw wholesale changes with them making no less than 13 signings.

This summer they’ve made just one at the time of writing with no major departures.

Ryan Reynolds himself has come out and said that last summer’s transfer window was a full home renovation. This summer they’re just redoing the kitchen.

Everything is trending the right way for Wrexham, I think they have a huge chance of making the playoffs. It’ll be going straight into my EFL Outright.
