@KenyaPower_Care I called and I was told I needed to pay for the meter and then have it reconnected.. I paid immediately but up to now, it has not been reconnected. Could there be another problem...??? Am still waiting for the reconnection

@KenyaPower_Care I have a new Smart meter which I acquired in April as a replacement after my business was gutted by fire into ashes. I was billed for Ksh.17,400/= for the meter, which I never knew about and it was disconnected on Thursday 30th April.
