Ticketmaster took/authorised £55 for my Madonna Club Confessions London tickets, but now says no order exists.
No confirmation.
No booking reference.
No tickets in my account.

I reached final checkout, completed Amex authentication, and the exact £55 Ticketmaster transaction for 2 tickets is showing on my card. From my side, the payment flow appeared to complete.
But Ticketmaster’s system never generated the order.
This is not simply “high demand” or missing out in the queue. I was already past the queue, at the final payment stage, after card authentication.
After more than 48 hours of back and forth, this is still being treated like a general sold-out/high-demand issue, but that does not address what actually happened: the payment stage happened, the charge/authorisation appeared on my card, and yet no order or tickets were ever created.
I have also contacted Madonna UK Presale, BSI Merch, WMG Store Support and https://t.co/vavopxKR6n. Every official channel confirmed they cannot assist with ticketing and directed me back to Ticketmaster.
I am not asking for a refund explanation. I am asking what practical route exists to make this right and allow us to attend before Thursday.
My husband and I made plans around this event because, after the Amex authentication, I genuinely believed the purchase had gone through. I moved work shifts, organised everything around attending, and allowed myself to believe we were going.
This event means so much to us. I have loved Madonna for over 25 years, and Confessions on a Dance Floor is the album closest to my heart. The event also falls so close to our wedding anniversary, which made it feel even more special.
To go from believing we had tickets, to discovering that Ticketmaster has no order and no tickets for us, has honestly been heartbreaking.
We still want to attend. We are ready to complete the purchase immediately if there is any way to do so.
Please can someone look at this as a failed checkout after payment authentication, not just as a high-demand event?

I don’t know about the rest of you but I’m starting to miss Heartstopper and Nick and Charlie a whole lot lately 🥺🍂
@netflix@NetflixUK feel free to throw the fandom a few new crumbs, this is supposed to be a long drawn out goodbye to an era 💔
In the beginning of the year, Jonathan Bailey opened up about a homophobic assault he suffered in October 2023, may this be a reminder for people to stop speculating on an openly gay man's sexuality.
@AbsolutelyBlake I’m so sorry. You definitely don’t deserve it. Hope you are ok. Take all the time you need to be in the right place. I know that life goes on but sometimes we need to give ourselves some space. Take care
@kit_connor an’t believe how toxic people can be. And for what? Personal agenda? I’m so sorry that you had to come out this way. No one should have to unless their own terms. My heart is broken rn. There are people who love and support you like me and that all it matters. The rest doesn’t.
