There is a common notion that you cannot expect good faith when dealing with builders. I have lived this experience many times with @RunwalOfficial. They are a disgrace to the business community. I cant remember how many things i had to fight for something that must be a given.

Where do i start, the count is endless. False promises on quality of work, false commitment of third party audit before handover, unfinished work, no ownership, no accountability, no empathy. They know their deep pockets can manage anything @RunwalOfficial

@RunwalOfficial One of my interactions with the head of FM, one Mr. Sarkar gave me enough clarity on their mindset. They treat home buyers as speck. He said and i quote “ek flat kharid ke kya samajhte that we are your servant?”. The tone was even more disturbing and he is an employee, not owner!

@RunwalOfficial I requested their CEO for mumbai suburban to come and visit us and see the quality of work from her own eyes, she did not bother to respond. These business professionals sitting in their AC room in a high rise building far away from ground reality do more harm than good!

@KDAHMumbai - i was given an appointment for 2 PM today, i was asked to come half an hour early. I am sitting here with a 78 yrs old patient for 1.5 hrs and your doctors, staff are attending to some personal event in a closed room. No empathy, no care, no concern. It’s a disgrace

@airtelindia this is how pathetic customer service has become in telecom sector. It is a classic case of unregulated monopoly. You can’t reach their customer care without the endless pain of IVR menu options. Keep paying what they charge and talk to robos for any issues!!
