A week ago today, #WorldRecordEgg became the most like pic on Instagram. #DYK Cnd eggs MUST be refrigerated because they are washed pre-packaging to remove dirt/feathers/bacteria on the shell? While this cuts down on salmonella risks, it means we have to store eggs in the fridge.
