@NetMeds How this can be true when the order was in transit on the app and there was no OTP generated. After few days of complaint it shows delivered without any OTP verification. But no issues!! You keep that fake solution and I will keep my complaint to court. @NetMeds @jagograhakjago

Order placed for Medicine on 18 Jan is still not delivered. Customer Care is good for Nothing. Netmed's escalation department is falsely on Consumer Helpline portal saying that the medicine was delivered. So pathetic response and irresponsible services.
