lo que nos hace mal es normalizar la nocion de que podemos poner nuestra vida en pausa y no vivirla hasta que lleguemos a tener "el cuerpo ideal". No ir a la fiesta, no ir a la playa, no festejar x evento, no ponernos la bikini. Llegar al verano, llegar al casamiento etc
