One year since I took the helm of Planning and Economic Development Bureau, and I'm really impressed the strides we have taken so far to transform the institution.

It was an honor to receive the president today where he toured our now-on office building. The building which previously served as the regional parliament has been extensively renovated with the addition of new floor, meeting hall, restaurant and new office spaces.

In the same breath, we have unveiled our new digital planning, monitoring and evaluation database system which will enable us to be more efficient, transparent and data-driven with the conception and execution of public investment projects.
