Wow @SouthwestAir experience was terrible. Obviously our flight was canceled with 1,800 others but their customer service has been completely sloppy and RUDE reps. Forever more I would drive over using SW airlines..
I haven't said anything in a while but I just want to remind all my followers that I'm a big @iamRafeWilliams fan. If you aren't following him, YA SHOULD.
In addition, @SouthwestAir the failures of flights isn't the problem as much as your reaction to them. It only shines transparency into the money first, people -meh- policies. The bad PR this week is earned.
@SouthwestAir Take @Lufthansa_USA as an example. They responded to our canceled flights with hours of work on booking new flights, gave hotel vouchers, answered tweets, and phone calls. Employees were expressly diligent and sympathetic. SW, yall the opposite.
