new homes have a 9.3 month supply. existing still under 5mon supply, heathly balance of existing homes. but developers have overplayed there hand. Developers have to sell. Homeowners with 3% interest rate dont have to sell.. its nothing like 2008 where existing homes had an 11 month supply on top of the new homes supply
