@AllenDale235818 @Polymarket The refineries doesn't matter when you don't have enough heavy sour oil to even provide to refineries. It's just not available in the Gulf of Mexico or Texas etc. This is why we import so much and never built new refineries to offset our dependency of the Persian Gulf
