Another update on @westelm saudi after 2 months of simple return process, they return only third of the amount !!! Now can I know why?? Do I get to pay for the losses your company is going thro too? Shall I involve the Ministry of Commerce to solve this issue ?

@westelm saudi, I have had the worst delivery & customer service so far & they are saying you are not responding to them !! Can you please respond and solve this issue and return the money since you are LATE in delivery & nothing has arrived to me yet it has been over 3 weeks now

@westelm Again, someone called yesterday saying they will send me a message on "whatsapp" with the info needed, but I never received anything!
Even if its a franchises there r certain requirement you should agree on not to ruin your reputation! Does the brand mattar or only the money?

إلى بنكنا المركزي ولجميع بنوكنا المحلية، بخطوة بسيطة يمكنكم إيقاف عمليات الاحتيال وأخذ أموال الناس بالباطل.
عند أي تحويل يجب ان يقوم البنك بارسال رسالة نصية لصاحب الحساب نصها(هل أنت موافق على تحويل مبلغ..الى حساب فلان؟) والإجابة بنعم أو لا .
وليس كما هو الحال الآن بإرسال كود فقط
